Billing questions
Do model runs cost extra?
Not from us. Runs on your API keys are billed by your provider at their price, and runs on a ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini subscription use that plan's normal allowance.
Can I use my ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini subscription instead of an API key?
Yes, on Hobby and Pro. Log in through the desktop app and pick the subscription under Run via on any model node. ChatGPT and Gemini make images and text; Claude makes text. Your login stays on your computer.
What does the Free plan include?
3 active boards, 1 GB of storage, every image, video and audio tool that runs on your device, read-only sharing and shared flows. Running AI models through your own accounts needs Hobby or Pro.
What happens to my boards if I downgrade or cancel?
Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. On Free, your 3 oldest boards stay editable and newer ones become read-only until you archive some or upgrade. Nothing is deleted.
What if I run out of storage?
Everything you already have is kept, including results still arriving. New uploads and runs pause until you free up space, by deleting files from the trash for good, or upgrade.
How do seats work for teams?
Turn on Team mode in a Hobby or Pro workspace. Anyone with their own paid plan joins at no extra cost. For everyone else, add a seat (Hobby $15 or Pro $40 a month). If someone leaves, give their seat to someone new without paying again. Viewers are always free.
Can I switch plans or between monthly and yearly?
Yes, from your workspace settings. Upgrades apply straight away and you pay the difference for the rest of the period. Downgrades and billing period changes take effect at renewal.
What happens if a payment fails?
Paid features pause until the payment goes through. You can still open, export and download your work, and update your card in billing settings.
How do I pay, and where are my invoices?
By card, through Stripe. Payment methods and every invoice are in the billing portal in your workspace settings. Prices are in USD.
