Terms of service

These terms apply when you use Noderly, including the web app, the desktop app and the API (together, the "service"). The service is provided by [Company legal name], [Registered address] ("we"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.

Your account

You must give accurate details, keep your login details secure and be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live. You are responsible for activity under your account and in workspaces you own.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you upload and generate, including boards, prompts, media and results. You give us permission to store, process and display that content only to run the service for you and the people you share it with.

You confirm you have the rights to the material you upload and that your use of generated content complies with the law and with the terms of the AI providers you use.

Your AI accounts

When you connect an API key, subscription or local model, runs are sent to that provider under your agreement with them. The provider bills you directly and its terms, limits and content policies apply. We are not responsible for a provider's availability, output or charges, including charges for jobs already submitted when you cancel or revoke access.

Acceptable use

• Do not break the law or infringe anyone's rights.
• Do not create content that sexualises minors, harasses people or impersonates them without consent.
• Do not try to access other people's accounts, keys or workspaces.
• Do not disrupt, overload or reverse engineer the service, or get around its limits.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Plans and payment

Some features need a paid plan. Prices, allowances and billing periods are shown before you subscribe. Subscriptions renew until cancelled, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Payments are processed by our payment provider.

Changes and availability

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted. We may change features; if a change materially reduces what you have paid for, we will tell you in advance. We will give notice of material changes to these terms by email or in the app.

Ending your use

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may end access for serious or repeated breaches of these terms. After an account is closed, content is deleted as described in our privacy policy.

Liability

The service and generated content are provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, whose courts have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights where you live.
