Privacy policy

What Noderly collects, why, who processes it and the choices you have.

Last updated

[Company legal name], [Registered address], is the controller of personal data processed through Noderly. For content you add to a workspace on behalf of an organisation, that organisation decides how it is used and we process it on its behalf.

What we collect

  • Account details: your name, email address, profile picture and login records.
  • Workspace content: boards, prompts, uploaded media, generated results and comments.
  • AI account details: encrypted API keys and account labels. Subscription logins and local model credentials stay on your device.
  • Usage and security data: runs, costs reported by providers, device and browser details, and audit logs of workspace changes.
  • Billing details, if you subscribe: handled by our payment provider; we keep the plan and payment status.

Why we use it

  • To run the service you asked for (contract).
  • To keep accounts and workspaces secure and prevent abuse (legitimate interests).
  • To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations (legal obligation).
  • To send product updates you have opted into (consent, which you can withdraw).

We do not sell personal data or use your content to train AI models.

AI providers you connect

When you run a model, its inputs, such as prompts and reference media, are sent to the provider you chose, using your account. That provider handles them under its own privacy policy.

Who processes data for us

We use service providers for hosting, databases, file storage, email and payments. They process data only on our instructions. Some are outside the UK or EEA; transfers are protected by adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

Account data is kept while your account is open. Deleted boards and files stay in trash for 30 days before permanent deletion. After you close your account, we delete or anonymise your data within 90 days, except where we must keep records for legal reasons.

Cookies

We use cookies that are needed to sign you in and keep your session secure. This website does not use advertising cookies.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, or object to or restrict how it is used. Email privacy@noderly.ai. You can also complain to your data protection authority; in the UK this is the Information Commissioner's Office.

Changes

We will post changes here and update the date above. We will tell you about significant changes by email or in the app.
